Ko-Yung Tung practices law in New York City where he is senior counselor at Morrison & Foerster LLP, a firm focused on international law and cross-border transactions.
Mr. Tung has experience in both the international public sector as well as with private clients. He has advised sovereign governments and agencies with regard to foreign direct investments, financial regulations, investment disputes, foreign assistance programs, anti-corruption initiatives, and judicial and legal reforms. He has represented private multinational companies in connection with their global strategies and their negotiations with public and private counterparts.
Mr. Tung is a lecturer at Yale Law School and was previously a visiting professor at New York University School of Law. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Tung acted as Vice President and General Counsel of World Bank and was Secretary General for the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Mr. Tung was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at Harvard University and was editor of Harvard International Law Journal.
