Jiangyue Yu is the Program & Communication Assistant at the US-China Education Trust. She assists in updating and writing articles for USCET’s social media and web-based platforms, conducting bilingual research to support program development and improvement, translating documents related to program research, and supporting the implementation of M&E plan.

Jiangyue became interested in international relations when she began her undergraduate studies majoring English at Hunan University in Changsha, Hunan. Jiangyue was selected as an exchange student to Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei to learn English Literature for five months, where she gained a deeper understanding of Cross-Strait relations. Aside from assisting USCET, Jiangyue’s communication background also include experiences with CGTN(CCTV-America), Financial Times Chinese Website, Beijing Television Station and Beijing Review.

Jiangyue is from Beijing, China. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Jiangyue received her MA from Georgetown University shortly after starting her work at USCET. She majored in Public Policy, focusing on International Development and Education Policy.
